Frequently Asked Credit Repair Questions

What does it take to get started?

In a matter of minutes, you could be on your way to credit score freedom. Either Call or stop by one of our offices for a FREE consultation.

What exactly does your program do?

Once you Sign Up, our accredited staff will perform the following: We perform an in-depth analysis of your credit report to review every single item. Anything we identify as incorrect or objectionable, we dispute these items by sending "dispute letters" to your creditors or bill collectors to clear the faulty marks on your credit report. And of course, Strategic Credit Repair of Corpus Christi staff will consult with you every step of the way to make sure you're informed of exactly what we're doing every step of the way.

Is your program automated?

No way! Strategic Credit Repair of Corpus Christi has a dedicated team of credit repair professionals who improve our clients' credit scores daily. We design every credit repair program on a case-by-case basis before we ever send out any dispute letters or communications. Be weary of other credit repair companies who only rely on automated dispute software to handle your entire account. We acknowledge that everyone's situation is different; and that no two credit reports are ever the same. That is why we work 1-on-1 with all of our customers to provide fully personalized solutions to your exact credit situation.

Are there any guarantees?

Yes. We are confident that our services will achieve your full satisfaction.

That is why we offer all of our customers a 100% money back guarantee for the previous month's work performed! If at any time you feel we have not performed up to your satisfaction during any given month, write us a letter about it, requesting a refund, and we will refund your payment for that entire month, no questions asked. This is because we are confident in our quality and pride ourselves in our results.

Can my spouse sign up as well?

Of course. Strategic Credit Repair of Corpus Christi even offers a "couples discount" to married couples who sign up together. Whether you share joint accounts or not, we always say; If you're together during bad debt, why not be together in your new credit freedom?

Will Strategic Credit Repair of Corpus Christi be able to help me establish new credit?

Yes, of course. We believe in helping our customers through to the end. Upon request, our credit professionals can help you apply for a secured credit card. In many instances, a small deposit is required, but this covers your entire line of credit. Currently, secured credit cards are offered by both MasterCard and Visa. We will help you make the right choice and apply for the card that is best for you.

Will my personal information remain private?

Yes. Our Privacy Policy explains your information is always kept private and kept very secure. Strategic Credit Repair of Corpus Christi will never share your personal information with any third parties for any reason, unless it is required to process your payments.

Does running my credit hurt my credit score?

Requesting your credit report won't negatively affect your credit score. However, it's very important to know there are two separate types of credit inquiries; soft inquiries and hard inquiries. Soft inquiries do NOT affect your credit score (soft inquiries pertain to requesting your own credit report, lenders checking your credit before giving you a line of pre-approved credit and the instance that an already established lender decides to review your existing account). A hard inquiry WILL affect your score negatively; but this will only come into play when your credit is run in an attempt to open any new line of credit.
